Changelog - Week 13

Hi All,

We hope you had a wonderful and restful Ramadan! We are back with a fresh set of developments:

  • New Option for Financial Status!
    • You now have even more precise control over your billing process!
    • In the Companies > Accounting Information section, you can now select the new "Full Stop" option under Financial Status.
    • If you want to prevent only sales invoices from being created for a company, you can use "On Stop"; however, if you want to block both sales and purchase invoices, you can now choose this new "Full Stop" option.

  • Assign Colours to Timeline Statuses!
    • Under Account Settings or Logistics Settings > Timeline Statuses section, you can add new activity codes for your jobs' Activity Feed, now assign specific colours to them, and select exactly which modules they should be used in.

  • Set Your Default Bank Account!
    • A new "Default Bank Account" option is added to the Companies > Accounting Information section.
    • By selecting a specific bank for a company, you can ensure that your related bank details are automatically prioritised in your invoices for that client!

  • Enhanced Financial Summary!
    • You can now analyse your data with much more flexibility.
    • New currency options and a year-selection feature are now added to the Financial Summary Report, allowing you to switch between different currencies and change the year to see your performance across different periods instantly.

  • New AI-Powered Document Classification!
    • You can now automate your document management and file tagging with ease.
    • Instead of manually tagging your file classes, you can simply activate the "Document AI Classification" option in the brand-new Arsiv General Settings under the Settings module!

  • New Report in General Reports
    • You can now access your company's "User List Report" in General Reports.
    • Here you can view the users and their active/passive status in your Modaltrans account.

  • New Columns in Profit & Loss Report
    • The "Branch", "Team" and "Sales Rep." columns are now added to the Profit & Loss Report. 


Quick Tip!
  • If you want specific Document Templates to be printable by your client users, simply let us know, and we can enable these templates within your account so your clients can generate and print the documents they need directly.


Quick Fix!
  • Previously, the consignment status would incorrectly remain "Consolidation Finalised" when you linked a consignment after an entry was already "Cleared".
  • To prevent this, you can no longer link a consignment to an entry that has already been "Cleared". To ensure your process is correct and your statuses update properly, you must complete your MUCR Consolidation steps before your entry gets cleared.
