We're pleased to introduce a new update to the Modaltrans Ticket System, aimed at improving the clarity, control, and speed of your support and development requests.
What’s New?
From now on, every time a ticket is created, your company’s admin users will receive an automatic notification. This means:
- Every request reaches the right people from the start.
- Tickets will go through an approval step before the MT team steps in.
Admins can confirm or deny incoming tickets based on priority and relevance. Not sure who your company admins are? Get in touch with us, we’re happy to help!
